ProTechMiami’s RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with the fit of your new Pre-Fab-Orthotics or other foot care item, we'll gladly exchange them for a different size or width. Simply call our office or return the foot care item in the original box and tell us the desired size and width for the replacement item. Orthotics and other foot care items in new condition may be returned for exchange within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be given in full for returned merchandise (excluding Custom made Orthotics), minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. Worn Pre-Fab-Orthotics or other foot care items can be returned only if there is a problem due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days. Custom made Orthotics are non-refundable, but adjustments can be made within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact our office, or email us with any questions. |

We believe in using the highest performance materials in the construction of our Orthotics, including plastazote, poron, graphite, polydor, and eva, which are proven to give you the best results.
